Return Policy

Cancelled Wine Orders

If you need to cancel your order, please send an email to info@baldaccivineyards.com. If the order has been sent to our fulfillment center and you decide to cancel, a $100 restocking fee will be applied before issuing a refund. Once we receive the returned wine, we will refund your credit card or send you a check, minus shipping, handling, and the $100 restocking fee.

Damaged or Flawed Wines

Baldacci Family Vineyards is committed to providing quality products and excellent service, prioritizing your satisfaction. If you receive a bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed, purchased through our website, visitor center, or wine club shipment, we will, at our discretion and based on available inventory, replace or refund your original cost.

For wines purchased through other sales channels, please return them to the respective seller. We require the return of the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement or refund. As per law, returns of alcoholic beverages are only accepted if the products are damaged or flawed. We cannot accept returns for wines damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or if the order was placed in error. Weather damage includes leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. Please check the weather conditions of your shipping destination before placing an order.

To arrange the return of damaged or flawed products, email info@baldaccivineyards.com. Upon receiving the damaged or flawed wine, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement if inventory is available.

Wine Delivery Requirements

Federal law requires a signature from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine shipments. Notes with signatures left for delivery companies cannot replace an individual signing for the shipment. We recommend shipping orders to a business address or pickup location for prompt delivery. We cannot guarantee the wine’s condition if delivery is not made on the first attempt. Orders not delivered initially may be held in a facility without temperature control.
