We enjoyed our tour of the impressive 19,000 sq ft of caves used for winemaking, followed by an estate tasting with Michael Baldacci whose portfolio of outstanding wines comes from the family’s 53 acres spanning Stags Leap District, Los Carneros, and Calistoga AVAs.
