In the past, most wine clubs operated on an ordained model-consumers signed up and would receive a set number of predetermined bottles every quarter or trimester. Today, though, many wineries are taking a far more flexible approach. Take Baldacci Family Vineyards. This winery, in the Stags Leap District, recently rolled out an online-only wine club that enables subscribers to purchase any three bottles of their choice with a minimum six-month interval.
