Can I send a gift to multiple recipients?
Yes! Sending gifts to multiple recipients is easy. Simply provide us with your list of addresses, and we’ll handle the rest. For large orders with more than five recipients, please download and complete our multi-order processing form and email it to kduckhorn@baldaccivineyards.com.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
We offer flexible delivery dates to ensure your gifts arrive on time. We recommend placing custom orders well in advance to meet your preferred timeline.
Can you ship wine gifts anywhere?
We can ship to most U.S. states, but some restrictions apply. Currently, wine shipments are not allowed to UT, AR, MS, RI, or DE. If you’re unsure about shipping options, our team will guide you through state regulations and compliance.
Can I include a personalized note with my gift?
Absolutely! You can include a custom message with your wine gifts to add a personal touch. Simply provide your note during the order process, and we’ll ensure it’s included with your package.
Is there a minimum order quantity for gifting discounts?
Yes, our 15% discount on wine and shipping applies to orders of 18 or more bottles. These bottles can be a mix of different wines from our collection.
