Are you ready for the next level of winemaking and viticulture? Join us for an educational tasting that dives deep into the technical side of viticulture and enology how they each play a role in what we do at Baldacci Family Vineyards. We'll touch on subjects like organic vs. conventional farming, pruning, ripening, optical sorting, fermentation, and barrels. The tasting will be accompanied by a demonstration component in the vineyard and/or winery (seasonally dependent). We'll conclude with a seated tasting of wines from our diverse portfolio.

$150/person due at booking to hold the reservation. This is a pre-paid experience and is refunded in full only if cancellation is made 72 hours in advance of the experience booking date. We kindly remind you that we do not allow pets, minors (including babies), or any outside food or drink on our property.
