Begin this unforgettable experience with a welcome splash of our brut-style Pops sparkling wine before embarking on a walking tour of our spectacular wine cave. Taste wine directly from the barrel, see behind the scenes of our winery production area, and learn the story of our mysterious cave stone during a visit to our living wall. Return to our Estate House to enjoy a seated and fully hosted wine experience featuring three 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wines, including an opportunity to taste small-production, membership-only wines. This tasting showcases the diversity of our Cabernet Sauvignon portfolio which took root with us over 20 years ago in the Stags Leap District.
