This iconic release will be paired with a multi-course dinner by Michelin-starred Chef Mark Dommen of OneMarket Restaurant. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with Baldacci wines and rare benchmark selections from around the world, including Prestige Cuvée Champagne, Sassicaia, 1st Growth Bordeaux, and more.

The Thomas Collection represents our most ambitious expression of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Sourced from our most prized vineyard blocks and aged in custom French oak barrels developed in collaboration with Master Cooper Quinn Roberts, this wine reflects both precision and passion. With only a limited number of bottles produced, it’s reserved for collectors, club members, and special events like this one.

Chef Mark Dommen is renowned for his inventive approach to modern American cuisine, earning a Michelin star at One Market Restaurant in San Francisco.
