Michael Baldacci began this project in 2015 with Chardonnay fruit harvested from our Honey B Estate vineyard in Carneros. The style is known as méthode champenoise which means that the wine goes through two fermentations and the non-vintage designation means that the wine is aged on the lees, in the bottle, for at least 15 months.
Filled with life, this sparkling wine has wonderful aromas of ripe pear, green apple and toasted almonds.
