Experience true Napa Valley luxury with this tasting of limited Cabernet Sauvignon wines, offering breathtaking views of the Stags Leap District Palisades and expertly paired bites.

Each year we release a special Winemaker's Collection of a 10-year old horizontal featuring our Calistoga, Ruppert, and Brenda's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. During this experience, you will be greeted with our Pops Sparkling Wine followed by a private tour and barrel tasting within our wine cave. Return to a seated, private tasting in our Tower as you enjoy the 2014 Winemaker's Collection followed by two of our single vineyard Cabernets. With sweeping views of the Stags Leap District Palisades and specially paired bites, this is a high-touch, personally curated experience for collectors and those who want to be treated to a Napa Valley luxury Cabernet Sauvignon tasting without pretense.

• Seated five-wine flight: 2014 Calistoga Cabernet Sauvignon, 2014 Coombsville Ruppert Cabernet Sauvignon, 2014 Stags Leap District Brenda's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and two single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon wines of your choosing
• Expertly paired bites (adjusted to meet your dietary preferences and restrictions with advance notice)

• $200 per person tasting fee
• Available for parties of 2 to 6 by prior reservation
• Hosted in our private Tower. If there are mobility concerns, we will host in our Monarch Stag Room (also private) located on the ground level.
