2011 Sorelle Chardonnay, Carneros is the fourth release of our Baldacci Family Vineyards Chardonnay (the first release was only 52 cases!). When chilled, this wine is refreshing and bright; but when it warms just a bit, hints of honeysuckle and vanilla give Sorelle a lingering finish that pairs perfectly with any lighter meal. Flavors of crisp green apple, guava, pineapple, and creamy lemon custard are wrapped in a silky coating of French Oak and bright minerals. Beauty, strength and confidence describe the Baldacci sisters for whom this wine was named ... each of these characteristics is expressed in each sip of the Sorelle Chardonnay.
