 The 2006 IV Sons Cabernet Sauvignon, from our Estate Stags Leap District Vineyards, is a blend of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc. With aromas full of cherries, freshly picked blackberries and violets, this wine is supple and full-bodied. The tannins are pure Stags Leap — velvety and lingering. Hints of mocha and of oak fi ll out the fl avor profi le, making this the perfect wine to pair with many meals. Enjoyable now, the IV Sons will age fantastically for 5 to 7 years.
